About me

My major interests include tennis, books & rock music. I have followed these keenly for quite a while and they are a key part of the way I spend my free time. My favourite bands include The Who – the original rock n’ roll pioneers, Dream Theatre – technical perfection unmatched, Iron Maiden – melodic aggression and Knopfler & Clapton for their beautifully clean blues/jazz guitaring and riffing. Among books, the author I enjoy the most is P.G.Wodehouse for a style of humour that is unparalleled with the sole exception of Oscar Wilde in “The Importance of Being Earnest”.
